    Is the wii free step part of the wii fit game? How do you do it so you can watch tv too? I own the wii fit game, the board and the risers!

    Yep its part of the game. You have to do the shorter timed ones to open up the longer (30min) times.

    Yes, it tells you what to do - I'm so rubbish if I can do it you can - the controller speaks to you so you know what's going on. I watch big to slim programmes at the same time to motivate me!

    Have wii fit but feel i get a better workout with wii zumba or just dance, and they're both cheaper!
