I started yesterday at the gym (i have been doing zumba for a while but first time at a gym with weights n stuff lol) anyways after i worked out yesterday and today i noticed some spotting when i went pee... I finished my TOM last week .. and i just wanted to check to see if any of you experienced this or should i talk to my dr? Or am i completely freaking out for no reason?

If it continues I think you should talk to your doctor
When I work out too hard It also happens to me...
the next day It's like nothing ever happened....
So I think its just you might have worked out too hard.

OMG FUNNY YOU SAY THAT, I STARTED DIETING OVER A MONTH AGO BUT STARTED WORKING OUT ALOT TWO WEEKS AGO, SAME THING NOW FOR A WEEK AND I TAKE THE SHOT SO THERES NO REASON FOR SPOTTING, I JUST ASKED MY FRIEND WHAT COULD BE UP WITH THAT! UGH0
