Being Postive Pasy (8 Steps to staying positive)

1) Don't feel sorry for yourself, make a choice
2) Be open minded, never take things personally
3) Don't be a victim, play the game and challenge politely and tactfully
4) Never under estimate the power of belief
5) Keep up or get left behind
6) Persist. Have positive personal pep talks (re-evaluate goals in positive steps)
7) Positive people build mutual support
8) Things can only get better - Choose optimism!!

This was part of a sales course I did last year and whilst pondering my lunch one day I read this thinking about my weight loss journey and found each bit seemed to be associated to how I now look at my new life style!! I especially agree with No 7 and everyone on here give the best support!! What do you think?
