3 weeks postpartum and ready to lose this baby weight!

I just had my second son 3 weeks ago (my profile pic was taken 5 days after having him- still weighed 215). I ended up being 217 lbs a few days before I had him, and have lost 22 lbs so far. I'm currently at 195 (only 13 lbs to go to hit my pre-pregnancy weight). My goal is to get to 160. That's the weight I was when I got married 4 years ago and I'm determined to get there again. It's the last time I really felt good about myself. I'll probably get cleared to work out in a couple weeks. I know my main problem is learning to eat healthy... I've been an athlete my whole life and enjoy working out. But eating is what I go to when I'm bored or stressed or anything really lol. Not anymore though. I've signed up for my first 10k to do in San Francisco in June of next year.
