Need help please!

Hey all, I have been using myfitnesspal sense around late May early June and have it set at 1200 calories a day, plus an extra 300 for breastfeeding. My weight loss had been pretty steady going from 2 pounds a week and then one, now however I have been at a stand still for about a month. I have started using the treadmill last week and exercise bike a couple weeks ago in hopes to jump start my weight loss again. But I keep hearing that my body has gotten used to the 1200 calories and that I have to change it up. But I don't know what to change it to and for how long before going back to 1200. Does anyone have any ideas to get past this slump and can get me to start losing again? Advise would be much appreciated. Thank You!
