WOW that was an eye opener. I have been consuming Basa (panga) since I discovered it at the supermarket in FL about 8 years ago and found it also a few years ago at my Dad's supermarket in France. I loved the texture and the mild taste which allowed me many many variations for sauces. I since moved to VA where I did not see it at my supermarket but a local restaurant serves it on their "lite fare" menu and I have been enjoying it regularly. I guess this is the end of that. Thanks for the article.
