Is anyone interested in doing a 12 week Spartacus Workout Challenge?

It is recommended to do the workout 3 days per week. There are 10 stations. You do each station for 60 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. You then repeat the whole workout 3 times for a total of 41 minute workout. Between each complete set, take a 2 minute rest.

This is a tough workout, and you'll be sweating! It is mainly for fat loss and leaning up.

There is one workout you do with Kettlebells, and one you can find online you do with dumbells/kettlebells. I am following the Kettlebell workout. I am using a 20lb Kettlebell, but I'm sure you can use whatever you are able to.

    Awesome!! I haven't started a challenge before, so I dont know what is all involved, but I am happy I have a couple people wanting to try it!!

    Is anyone interested in starting the Spartacus workout challenge back up? I am planning on doing it 3x per week, and it would be great to have friends join me!

    I'll do it! I will be alternating it with Stronglifts 5x5. I dont know if that is too much for me and not enough rest , so I may end up only doing Spartacus for 2 days a week, but I'm in! When should we start?

    I have also been doing this one a bit http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJ7HmfW6-bk&feature=related so for people who want to change it up or only have dumbbells, you could do this one. The stations are a bit different. I just like using kettlebells, so I use the links in the initial post. Either way, I die doing either of them! I might just alternate this workout and the Kettlebell one.

    ive done this already.
    the onyl thing i hated was that it got old.. quickly. same workout 3 times a week... no thankyou.
    I do it once a week incorperated with everything else. but a good cardio workout none the less. remember to eat clean and you will see results.

    bump. Wanting to start this next week, was using the mens health version, had not seen the youtube, though, so want to check that out.
