I LIKE running. I still shock myself when I say it. haha

Me too. I also have "I'm sad I can't run for how long because of my ankle? That sucks. "

And before that as I was working on speed. "I only get to run X long? "

"Wait, can I see that? I need to check the nutrition facts."
"No thank you, cake has too many calories and I can't splurge right now."
"Can I have a water please?" (OMG That one is huge for me, I drink nothing but water besides my coffee. I went from nothing but soda to 1 coffee and the rest water all day. I sometimes drink 90ounces a day.)
    "I'm sorry, I can't eat fried food."
    "Want to go walking?"
    "I love exercising"
"I can stand up and look straight down and my belly isn't in the way I can see my toes just fine!"
"My husband weighs more then I do!"

--"I'll skip the Mexican food and make a veggie burger instead." (Mexican food is my lifeblood and my mom was willing to buy tonight, but I had to decline as I simply didn't have the calories so spend.)

--"Look at all of that sodium..." (It's always the first thing I check on labels, then on to calories.)

--"That ____ is way too salty/sweet for my taste."

--"By the end of spin class I was dripping sweat, it felt fantastic!"

Actually, I eat MORE than you do. (Said after I'd been accused of starving myself.)

Amazing what a difference it makes when you eat healthy food.

Actually, I spent so many time over last years to gather information, to read, and well, to worry about food and nutrition, with all the psychological cues, that everything I read here, is something I 've already gone through somehow. That doesn't mean anything, since MFP it's a useful REMINDER and a good way to share struggles about food and weight issues, you know, in real and DAILY life, out of magazines and books :)

I like your definition of Mfp! educational!

I can't wait to exercise (I always used to put it off!!!)

Ok, I'll cut it in half and share it, but I'll have to do an extra work out.

I'll just have an americano please (always used to be lattes etc)

Please don't give me dessert, I won't be eating it.

    Just water please

and of course "how many calories in....."

    Dietary sodium

    Basal metabolic rate

No, it is better to lift heavier stuff less often, not lighter stuff more often.

    I'll have a baked potato-plain please.

Only 14 lbs until I'm no longer obese.

I love Krema Peanut Butter. Yes the oily, runny stuff. It tastes best.

I'll do 45 minutes on the elliptical today, after I do my crunches.

Honestly, None of this stuff. I eat what I want, when I want and I do ok.

I went to a wedding last night and was telling everyone in sight how much weight I've lost... and of course I got the jealous looks, but w/e. I know I look good!

    "Sodium is the devil."

"Holy crap I fit in a size 10!!"

"I'm 15 pounds away from my ultimate goal."

    "I'm not obese anymore!"

*response to an offering of pizza and nachos:* "No thanks, I don't have enough calories, protein, fat, sodium, and carbs to spare, plus I have celiac disease."

"This medium is too big on me."

    "I love my scale!!!"
