    It may be high in protein and fiber--but it's also high in sodium! To anyone looking to actually LOSE weight--use this same recipe, but omit the taco seasoning--those packets are FULL of sodium. Also, the corn AND rice AND cheese aren't necessary. Use jalapenos, paprika, chili flakes, etc to get the same taco taste. For a healthy, weight maintenance option, just use the beef/turkey/chicken, black beans, seasonings, cilantro, onion, salsa & lime :)
    Otherwise--save this for a dessert day

    Wow, I made chili last night and served it over risotto with shreded cheddar and sour cream. When I entered the recipe into the database we were looking at 600+ calories per serving. This looks delicious and less cals. Thanks!
