I was walking back from a smoke break (please don't lecture, I KNOW, but I'm not ready to quit) at work and this woman I've seen around - don't know her name - actually stopped me from going back to the office. She held onto my arm and said, "Honey, you wore this little purple dress yesterday and I was gonna say something to you then, but when I saw you come in today in those jeans of yours, I just HAD to say something. You look fantastic! Whatever you're doing, keep it up."

I still don't know who this girl was - or what department she is in at my job, but apparently I'm getting noticed.

NSV= Non Scale Victory.... its means something good happened in regards to weight loss that had nothing to do with the number on our scale
