I didn't think that I could find anything that would help me this much! ;D0 - 
            Something I've found that helps to curb my incessant ice cream craving is banana 'ice cream' - frozen banana + whatever ingredients you like into a blender, gives you a creamy but substantially more nutritious alternative to real ice cream.

            Mine is gum I work around food all day and ill just tuck the gum in the corner of my mouth and chew when needed no more munching at work for me I do the same when cooking at home so I don't pick at the food0

I like the brushing teeth idea, I will have to try this!

            Going to the bathroom RIGHT NOW to brush my teeth! I'll have to invest in more toothpaste; Snacking at night is a big problem for me. Trying to drink more water -- but you know what that leads to? Trips to the bathroom in the dark! LOL --:laugh:0
