Healthy Thanksgiving

What healthy meal will you be preparing for Thanksgiving?

I intend on bringing crustless pumpkin pie and low calorie sweet potatoes (yes with marshmellows!) but of course as always could use ideas and recipes if you have any. These are the ones I will be incorporating:

If anyone has a recommendations on making these dishes even healthier but just as tastey feel free to let me know!

    Gonna sound weird but told my friend that we'll bring quinoa with all kinds of seasonal fruits and veggies in it. She's a PA, totally into good health and nutrition and is thrilled.
