    I'd hit it.

    And I hope to look half as good as either one of them by the time I turn 40 and hope to keep getting better from there.

    The alternative is to look like these guys:

    Every one of us, if we're lucky, is going to end up old and saggy. I'd rather have some muscle under my saggy skin than be nothing but saggy flab.

    I don't know if this is real or not, but I do have a totally ripped old man (I'd guess he's in his 70's) who lives a couple of blocks away from me and it always freaks me out when I drive by and he is out in his yard shirtless with these crazy abs and pecs and bulging biceps and craggly, wrinkled face and thinning gray hair.

    Love this!!! Not sure what craggly means but that is my new word!

    Fake or not everyone is at least a little photo shopped when they are put in advertisements so basing how "odd" he looks on the picture isn't entirely fair.
