How often do you weigh in and measure yourself?
I'm not sure how often I should, I just do every now and then...

    Every now and then is great. Personally I weigh once a week and measure every two weeks.

    once a week. A week offers your optimal amount of time to distinguish your calorie intake vs. weight loss. IF you are weighing your self every day then your obsessing- quit! The scale on a daily basis will jump up and down, so get in a habit of once a week, that is it!! I have gotten on board with biggest loser!! I just weigh in the same time they do. It is important to do once a week because your goal should be directly associated with weight loss. If you gain or lose to much then you obviously need to tweak your diet to manufacture the results you are looking for!

    Don't ride the emotional roller coaster though. FInd something that works for you and stick to it. KEep it simple!
