Quaker Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Serving size is 3, 4" pancakes - I used a 1/4 c. measuring cup
263 calories 46 carbs 7 Fat 9 protein 314 sodium

1 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. old fashioned oats
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 egg, beaten
1 T. oil
1 medium banana, smashed
1 1/4 c. skim milk

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a medium bowl. In separate bowl mix the dry ingredients well. Mix the milk and egg mixture into the flour and oat mixture just until blended. Don't over mix. Let rest for 5 minutes. Cook as you would a regular pancake.
I made some sauteed cinnamon apples to go on top of this. It is delicious!
