Hello, all! I've been a member for a week, and I'm addicted! I was perfect in my first week, based on the site's projections, and exercised daily, burning an average of 550cal/day. I lost 1.5#. While I'm never unhappy with weight loss, I would really like to lose closer to 2-3#/week. For the first time ever, I ate almost all of my exercise calories back- with healthy options, mainly. I did this after reading all of the wonderful info. I tried to adjust my goals but can't seem to change my pounds/week goal. Any suggestions? Should I just under-eat my exercise calories slightly? BTW, getting good hrm later in week to better track those exercise cals.

1.5 is strong progress! I'll be the first to tell you not to weigh yourself for week 2, but everyone eventually gives into the temptation, so with that being said. Keep eating your goal calories! IF it is your first time dieting then best bet would be to stick with the macros provided by the site. If you hit a road block then do some more research and change it up a bit. Thats the best thing to do!

Thanks for the advice! I'm not new to dieting or fitness, but I'll be the first to admit I'm more knowledge than action! So it's not possible to change your pounds per week goal on the site?

Yeah You want to go to:

    "MY HOME"

    2.

    "GOALS"

    3.

    "CHANGE GOALS"

    and there you go!
