I went from 187 to 167.1 in 41 days using My Fitness Pal! I have a lot to go but this is my progress so far.

I have been eating 1200 calories daily and running a 3 miles a day. I do the 30 day shred, but only once a week. I do strength training every night after my kiddos go to sleep.0 -

I am burning about 400 calories a day. Some days more or less, usually withing 300-500 range. I am not eating my exercise calories back.0 -

WAY TO GO!!!! that's absolutely awesome. I've been here around the same amount of time and i've managed 8 pounds but have seen inches come off quite fast. keep it up- you're awesome!0
