1 cup oatmeal (1/2 cup dry plus 1 cup water)

Scoop of protein powder (may need to add a little bit of extra liquid to combine)

    1 Tablespoon of peanut butter

I use the Optimum Nutrition Nitrocore 24 protein powder in Chocolate flavor. Makes the oatmeal taste like those No-Bake Chocolate peanut butter cookies.

It's around 400 calories, but you could cut that down if you have a lower cal protein powder (mine is 200 cals/scoop for 24 grams of protein).

I second everyone who is mentioning egg whites. I make omelets with egg whites, veggies and lean meat (turkey and spinach most days!).

what have you been eating? At work, Ill have plain bran flakes, unsweetened milk with a scoop of protien and a banana. Or oatmeal with a scoop of protien and some banana and a scoop of peanut butter. Usually its under 400 calories. i try to eat something thats well balanced in complex carbs and high protien. Weekends ill have a low fat wheat tortilla, egg beaters, and low fat cheese and mid mornings greek yogurt.
