Quick Lunch Ideas

I work as a traveling teacher so the few breaks I get during the day is spent driving to my next student. I need quick COLD lunch ideas. I have a lunch box that fits quite a bit of food. I have small snacks, like veggies, cheese sticks, yogurt, hardboiled eggs. I've done wraps with differnt lunch meats, but it got old quickly. Ideas?

Hummus and veggies, trail mix, dried fruit... thats my cold lunch tomorrow. But as far as everyday I really can't say I am able to send lunches with hubby and kiddo but they can heat it up..... Maybe a banana peanut butter sandwich could be an alternative..0

I have to bring cold lunches to work as well and have to keep them with me in my lunch bag.
I started bringing tunafish and crackers
Pasta salads
Sometimes I make up some jambalaya with shrimp and I like that cold.
To keep my stuff cold, I take a bag of frozen peas and put it in my bag. Then it kind of forms around the food and works great. I can't take the frozen ice packs because I have to go thru security at the airport and the tsa won't allow it even for airline employees. Except crew, they can bring whatever they want in. =(
I need more ideas too, my lunch is getting boring0 -
take a huge piece of lettuce and wrap lunch meat and cheese inside
dry cereal mix ( i do captain crunch berries and cheerios or cinna toast crunch) in a baggie without milk
homemade trail mix
homemade soup
meatballs with lemon and parm shreds

Thanks, ladies! I recently discovered I like hummus so I am thinking of getting some of that, Fairysoul. Thena, I like the lettuce leaf and ceral idea. I had stopped eating cereal, assuming the good ones were too sugary, but I looked up some of the nutrition values and it wasn't bad. Busymom, I have a thermal lunch tote and only need one blue ice pack to keep it cold all day, but the peas are a good idea if you can't use the freezer packs!0
