I was really craving one for lunch so I made my own, and it hit the spot exactly! I went to the states, and picked up some Morning Star Farms on the weekend...yumm....

2 pieces of Morning Star Farms Bacon Stripes (I am a vegetarian, but you could make it with real bacon, but it would make it a lot less 'low cal')
1 Western Bagel - Alternative Bagel - Roasted Onion
1 tbsp Philadelphia Light Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese
The half top of a piece of romaine lettuce
1 pretty thick slice of a tomato

All together only 209 calories!
Serve the B.L.T along with a spinach or lettuce salad, and it makes a yummy lunch! Or breakfast!
