I'm not a stay at home dad but if you are asking for you time I can totally relate!

Are you asking for a little you time for exercising? Or just to veg out and watch TV? When one does to bed and the other wakes up is this a regular routine? Or are you talking like naps?

Can you manage to put them down for a nap at the same time. When I'm desperate I take them for a short car ride.. almost always seems to work.

My daughter did 30 day shred with me today (she's 3) and loved it. Obviuosly she isn't do it "right" but it's hilarious and I enjoy my workout more.

My partner is a SAHD. He'll take our son for walks, often having to carry him since he's 2 and tires easily, or we do something like 30 Day Shred together as a family. He loves jumping around with us and trying to copy the moves.

My hubby was a stay at home dad when we had one.

I assume your 1year old naps twice a day and your 2year old right between 1year olds naps. My kids did that. I suggest you either avoid it by waking up earlier or exercising at night or finding an activity your 2 year old loves...play dough, sand pit (if you don't mind exercising outside), watching whatever movie, colouring ect and while they do that you work out. Another idea is get some work out dvds and they can do it with you.

Another thought would be if you are close with your mother or inlaws and they are retired ask them to watch the children for an hour while you run or whatever else you like. If you provide lunch already made for them and your children it would be even easier
