Just wondering if anyone in the community has done or is still doing the 100 push-up challenge. I just finished week 3 today and will be starting week four next week:

I was wondering if anyone has been able to achieve it using the 100 pushup app.

If you are looking to add muscle try the pec squeeze method.
As you push up you squeeze your pecs in an effort to bring your hands together but without moving them.
Scooby talks about them in his "medium pushups video"
Simply awesome!

100 pushups is cool but try doing just 20 of these!0 -

we also have a group for those of us also doing the squats/situps/dips challenges0 -
I am restarting it - I did it last year, and was loving it, until I ended up with a wrist injury... so this time I am doing every week twice and taking it slowly!
I think it is a great program.

I'm on Week 4. Last time I did this about 2 years ago I got to the 2nd 5th Week and was up to 62 pushups in my exhaustion test. It's an awesome challenge ESPECIALLY with support.0 -
My dh and I started it. Dh finished and now has lovely pecs, but even without finishing I lost an inch round my waist!0

I've tried this bro few months back and only reached maximum of 65 continuous push ups! This is a great routine for beginners. Good luck!0 -
The human hand wasnt intended to bend that way while holding our weight. Get pushup blocks or use a dumbell with a flat side so it wont roll.0
