Decided to try tracking again...

Good Morning!

I joined here early this year, but never got in the groove of tracking. I've recently started eating basically Paleo and now am wondering where I am with my daily carbs and calories. I've lost 8 or 9 lbs since beginning my plan on Oct 8, but I've been stalled for a couple weeks. I'm hoping tracking here will help me adjust what I'm eating to get things moving again!
