Hello everyone! I'm not new to MFP, but I've never fully utilized the whole social aspect of it :) Figured I would come out of my shell and introduce myself.

So... I'm 20, a soldier in the National Guard, I just got back from 5 months of training a few weeks ago and have been enjoying some r and r... now it's back to business! I'm also a student, and I'll be going back to college full time in January. I love love love running, and I do enjoy some pushups and situps... :P Going to be getting a gym membership very soon, I miss lifting weights. I'm not necessarily looking for a certain "number" of pounds I need to lose, I just want to get very fit :) If I don't lose any weight but lose inches and gain some muscle, I am totally fine with that.

Well, that's enough about me, what about yourself?

    Hello its nice to meet you.good luck with your fitness, yes i love doing body pump,i do not know if you have done it or heard of it . The music is great and you work with weights.
