This meal plan is not healthy at all, fewer calories does not mean better. You are missing proteins and vegetables. If you continue to eat this way you are going to have some problems. Perhaps you should speak to a nutritionist to learn how to balance your diet. As the other people have said you will put your body into starvation mode and not lose any weight and/or you will make yourself sick and end up in the hospital.0

NOT unless your plan is to be malnourished loose your hair and have brittle nails. Try adding some vegetables to your diet they are low in calories and very good for you.0
