I crumbled under the pressure

 I had a very bad eating day and it didn't help that I hung out with my skinny friend that eats like a truck driver! I had such an awesome first 4 weeks, I didn't cheat once!!! and I feel like I blew it in one day! I plan on hitting it hard at the gym in the morning and eating HEALTHY all day and continue on my path, hopefully without any other distractions! This just really sucks, I guess I am just mad at myself for being weak! :grumble:

Your plan sounds good start tomorrow like a new day...also be prepared for the next time your out with your friend....Im sure she will understand you making healthier choices and declining to eat certain things or certain places...0

Dust yourself off, this was a great learning experience. You know how this choice made you feel, start again tomorrow! You can do this! One day at a time, one hour, one minute, one choice! Don't beat yourself up over one small misstep, keep focusing on the bigger picture. :bigsmile:0

It stinks doesn't it? i did the same thing on a SuperBowl PArty...gained three %&*^*&^*& pounds back. UGH! But, I hit my workouts really hard today, and I feel good...so I hope I bounce back quick. You will too...we gotta live a little too, right?0

The greatest thing you have is the 24 hours in front
of you.
The past is gone; the future is distant.
Today you CAN succeed.
Set a goal you can achieve in the next 24 hours0 -
Thanks guys! I am just hoping I am not disappointed on friday when I weigh in. Your support is worth more than I could ever say!!

I had a bad...no horrible day too!
but I am determined not to quit and you should be too!
If at first you don't succeed try, try again. I try to live by this motto, but there are certainly days when all I want is to give up. We just can't get trapped in the failure mindset.
I beleive in you and you should too!!
It's a new day tomorrow.0 -
Just don't let your one bad day turn into 2 like I did this weekend. I went over calories by about 900 total between the 2 days. I paid the piper today at weigh in with a 1/4 pound gain from last week. Who knows what it would have been had I not exercised so much yesterday and eaten low cals trying to make up for it. We can do this! Here's to staying on track!:drinker:
