So...I have been having a hard time hitting 1200 calories some days. I click on my little button that says where I will be in 5 weeks and it spits out a magic number and then gives me this little blurb about how not eating enough calories can put my body in starvation mode.:grumble:
Mind you this isn't everyday, but it can be 2-3 times a week. It's not that I am not eating, I have 3 meals and 2 snacks every day. I am drinking around 12 glasses of water a day (today was 18!). I am just not hungry (if you had told me I would have a problem eating enough a month ago, I would have laughed hysterically  at the mere suggestion). I feel like I am full, and there are days where I may meet my goal, eat my exercise calories, or even go over some...is this something I should really be worried about?
Do I need to be more persistant about getting there? Please help!

Try eating some higher calorie foods. Throw in some whole natural almonds or something like that throughout the day.0

I have the same problem, and like you if anyone had told me I'd have to FORCE myself to eat 1300 cals cuz I'm just not hungry? HA!0
