NSV and this 30 day shred??? I'm new to the community and haven't figured out what it is. Someone please fill me in :-/

    30 Day Shred is a weight loss program by Jillian Michaels? (I think). It's a video work out thingy.

    I had a NSV on Friday at work - didn't order Chinese food (which is my weakness) with the rest of the office. I had my grilled chicken salad instead :)
