30ds day 5

Just done day 5. And although i really had to talk myself into doing it im so glad i did. I was able to get deeper into the moves today than what i have been able to do.

How is everyone else doing?

    ...i didn't get past day 1 on Week 2. i paused it in the middle and haven't gone back! :ohwell:

    not really my thing although i know it's an effective workout if done correctly. good luck!

    I did day 2 of level 1 today and was able to do better than day 1. I plan on staying with level 1 until I can do it all well. I've heard level 2 is really hard and has a lot of plank work and with a damaged muscle in my left arm, planks are difficult. Great job to all who are doing this. Keep it up!

    I really like it! I am on level 1 for about 9 days. I want it to be somewhat easy before I move on and I think I am probably there. I have an old knee injury that flared up so I am a bit concerned about level 2. :glasses:
