Spinach artichoke dip

I know some of these have been posted before, but I could never find one that I really liked. I got this and tweaked it from cookinglight, but it's as close to the yummy spinach artichoke dip that you get at the restaurants!


Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
4 cloves garlic
1 (10oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
1 c. Ragu light parmesan-alfredo sauce
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
½ (8oz) package fat free cream cheese

Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Mix well, put in 1 ½ quart baking dish. (You can even just mix it all in there. Start with the cream cheese so you can melt it some for easy mixing.)

Bake, covered, in 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Serve with tortilla chips, or toasted French or Italian bread.
Assemble up to 2 days in advance, or just before baking.

Calories
830 calories for the entire batch. Makes about 12 servings, 69 calories each serving.

(I made these calories based off of everything I put in. Seeing that everything is like "1 cup" or "1 can" it wasn't that hard to do. I don't have any of the other stats though, I usually look mostly at the calories myself.)

    Oh..and the cloves of garlic, I just use minced garlic that is pre-minced from the grocery store. Seems to work for me :)

    Yummy! I haven't tried this yet but intend to very soon; it was my favorite and I haven't eaten it in over a year! Thanks for posting!
