started my journey back in august 2011. i was going full force until about 2 weeks ago. had some drastic changes in my life and all hell broke lose. not only was it halloween, and yes i over did it. i ended up gaining 4 pounds in less than 2 weeks. im still telling myself there is no way possible. id have to have eaten almost 4000 calories a day everyday for that to occur. in the past i always made sure i had a 1000 calories or more daily deficit and these days i either eat at maintenance or have a deficit of 500 or less. weight loss has slowed and im getting extra antsy. i really dont know what to do....

I try and look at these as learning experiences. You can look back and see what tripped you up and make efforts to avoid them in the future. At this point, just let bygones be bygones and move forward focusing on today and the future.

Just gotta forget about it and get back to work. Learn from the mistakes and move on.0

Sometimes, I don't just fall off the wagon...I jump off and roll around in the dirt! See this for what it is: You hit a speed bump, that's all. It's what you next that counts. Just shake of the dust, climb back up in the saddle, and keep on keepin' on. It may very well be that much of your gain could be attributed to sodium. It's a major ingredient in almost everything, including candy. Give it a few days, drink lots of water, and I'll bet you'll shake it off.0
