Stronger Better Faster Feb 4

Hello, Pebbles!
I hope you all woke up in a good mood and started the day off right!
I have a question: would you count sorting through boxes of clothes and toys as light cleaning? I've been going through boxes over the last several days and I've been counting it as light cleaning, except maybe knocking of half an hour since I am mostly sitting on my butt. I have calories leftover at the end of the day after eating as much as I want. I feel I am losing weight (though AF is here), so I think it's working. I hope to get back to regular exercise soon. We just have so much to do to prepare for the home study.
Today is:
Alex's horse therapy
push ups
sit ups
cleaning Alex's room (which is a huge mess since getting that bed moved in!)
must drink water! Woke up with a headache from being dehydrated.

Yesterday I conquered our storage room. I seriously thought it was going to take a couple of days to get through it. It took me two hours! Gives me hope for when I tackle the garage! :laugh:

    I would count it as light cleaning if you're not usually able to be that active.

    I *think* I'm starting to get a handle on all my school work (woke up at 6am just to finish a take home test :noway: ) But for the last few days I've been dying for a good nap! I've been runing like crazy and watching a 30 min show during the day is not enough me time!!!

    Today I have to finish another take home test and then I'm taking a good nap! The house can wait til tomorrow and my research paper can wait til Friday! Today is all about me (and that last test :grumble: )

    Goals
    Water
    Gym
    Stay within calories (even though AF is coming :sad: )

    Arms are better today - so I can go to weights tonight. Also going to yoga and walking.

    I'm working on the family's summer vacation - looks like California is going to win. My sister only gets a month off school (she's in med school) and is the person we are building this vacation around.

    Tomorrow will have to be a biking day!

    I'm not going to get done what I wanted to today. I don't feel up to doing sit ups, and I forgot to do my push ups earlier, and I'm too tired to do them now. I did get Alex's toys sorted through. Went from 4 boxes to 1! Yay! But I'm just worn out. I can't do any more today and I have a headache. I think I am dehydrated. So here I sit drinking water to see if that will help. I hope I am more energetic tomorrow!

    Today, I took a day off. I had to do my (hopefully last!) payroll shift today, and got in a short walk, but that's it.

    I'm actually sore from the yoga yesterday. Arm balances do me in. . .
