I have to admit i feel off the wagon this past week and re-gained 5 lbs . I am so freaking angry been under so much stress lately and haven't had the energy to do exercise . But I am nearing my mentrual cycle and i don't know if it is really true that you gain weight before or not . But im getting back on the wagon today in hopes that is it just water weight... ugh . If not i thinking i will lose my mind. Really bummed right now

I can gain anywhere from 2 to 5 pounds each time my period is due. This month I only gained 2 pound and have lost it again. Your weight does fluctuate with your cycles. You can help keep the weight down by drinking lots of water, eat less salt and stay with your exercise. The hard part is not giving into the cravings that inevidably go along with your period. Try and find the things you crave in those 100 cal packs or find the lower fat options.

I gain 2-6lbs but it goes away within 3 days if I stick to my excercise routine
