How is that acceptable? I ate an arby's sandwich, dogs got the first one, and they were all under on the amount of meat vs the amount the national online menu says they are selling you. They verified that the classic online is the regular. I weighd the first one at 40g when it's supposed to be 85g. Also the seccond weighed at 59g the 3rd at 77g. So she goes,"if normally they are $2.99 and your get...ting 3 for $5 then don't you think we need to take off a slice of meat?" I said no. I don't care how you run the business, if you want to sell a different product or whatever but there needs to be honesty in advertising. She said they weigh the meat at 2.5 oz but that's not even 85grams. Plus if I'm getting half the meet in the first place that's a problem. I just can't beleive she excused it as ok to give you less than what you were promissed you are paying for. I had gotten sandwiches at 2 different Arby's and both did the same thing. The Arby's off 1st gave me good customer service about it.:noway:

My friend used to work at arbys, he asked that I warn everyone not to earn there. I'm sorry I have warned you too late

Are you including the bread and sauce when you weight it? It should be approximately close to the weight advertised. If not, I would contact corporate.

No it's just the meat. You can build a meal online. I chose just the meat and that is what the nutrition value gives for the meat. I replace the bun with 100 cal sandwich thins. By definition a company is supposed to give you equeal to or more than what they advertise they are selling. I'm guessing this is not the only company saving a buck. I decided to let people know. Pay attention because I think it's gonna happen more with the current increasing of taxes and prices going up everywhere.
