To start, I am combining MFP with the Dukan diet.
I lost 20 Lbs in 14 days. When I began I was a grotesque 275, and almost stalled at 250.
I was losing .2, .4, .6Lbs a day.
Now I'm back on the treadmill.
300 - 400 calories burned per session, and down almost 2 pounds the last day.
Back on track to shed the fat!
