hello everyone,
i've been doing diets on and off for a while now....maybe like 10 years give or take....it frustrates me that all the weight i had lost came back with some friends when i got really sick...so now i'm trying it again....not sure how i'm going to do it yet....last time i was so obsess with my food and exercise it was insane....i don't want to be like that again...i think thats why i'm having a hard time getting started here...i'm limited right now with my exercise so i'll try to concentrate more on my food.....one thing at a time right??

Sure you can do it! Just make little changes and the weight will come off. It would probably would come off faster if you also exercise : ) Good luck!0
