Hi Everyone,

I'm currently getting ready for my FIRST 5K! Every day I set a goal on how fast I am going to run it. Today my goal was 35:00 and I ran it in 34:55! I hope to continue to get faster and faster. I'm really excited about it even though it's a small victory :)

Every run is different, some days are good some are bad.
On race day you'll be psyched up and ready to go, you may do lots better than you think.
    Good Luck!

Good for you! NSVs (even the smallest ones) are such a great incentive to keep at it!

I totally agree with this! The excitement and all the people make you do things you never thought you'd be able to do =)
