Portion measurements.

I know some have trouble with working out the portions if the saved MFP entry only has one option. I know I've had to really think back to maths, lol.
So I thought I'd just put this up to help a bit. Please feel free to add any other information that might help.
eg: If you want a half of a portion change the 1 to .5 ( this means 50% of it or half of it)
ok ,so
half is .5
quarter is .25
3/4 is .75

Okay thank you! This is the first time i've seen this post. Good suggestion because you can portion control your servings.0

yep, When I've made up a few of my own recipes I've really needed to do that. For ex, it might only have 1 cup of an ingredient in the MFP list but I need a 1/3 or a half in my recipe. It saves a lot of time.
another one I've had to use is
1/3 is .33
2/3 is .66, well close enough for this purpose anyhow.0
