    You weigh once a week. It's good to weigh once a week. I weigh once a month. I'm tracking my body fat percentage, pounds of fat loss and inches loss.

    To answer your question. Yes, log your gain. Why? Because a track is not supposed to only show when you lose, it supposed to show when you've gain as well.

    Please don't be ashamed to show a gain. On the weight loss journey, people will lose and gain. It's normal.
