Hi I am Linda lost my account with MFP not able to access it. Computer glitches. :(
Was Lindas (Linda Smela) now mariesmela. But I am not going to let that stop me. I have been with MFP for at least 90 days.
Always struggling daily going to curves 3-4x a week and doing zumba once a week.
I need support, my husband helps but sometimes it is hard for him to understand that I can't eat the same as he does.
I cook 2 different meals. It doesn't bother me, I am fine not eating all that pasta and sauces that he eats.
Mostly it is hard for me at night time snacking. I chew alot of gum and drink hot tea

    I am a nighttime snacker, too! I try to save some calories for an evening snack. I use the 100 calorie popcorn bags (tip: PopSecret bags seem to have more in them than Orville Redenbacher, or maybe they just pop better!), Special K cracker chips (110 calories for 30 chips), Sargento Sharp Cheddar Cheese sticks (90 calories for one), yogurt (calories vary by brand), Skinny Cow ice cream bars or candy (100-150 calories). I also will sometimes drink hot tea (flavored) with Splenda in it (my favorites are Candy Cane Lane, Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride, and Sleepytime Vanilla by Celestial Seasonings).
