What do you watch?

On your MFP food diary what do you have it set to watch? For example: Mine is set for carbs, fiber (I need a lot of fiber in my diet even when not dieting), iron (I am border-line anemic), sugar (because I have problems with eating too much sugar, which is related to being cold and tired from not eating enough iron for my body), and calcium (because I have found I don;t take in enough of it).
What are (for you) the most important things? And Why?

protein/carbs/fat are the only ones i actually pay attention to
Sodium/potassium to see if it will reflect on the scale0 -
Calories and protein are what I watch. I have my diary set to tell me carbs too, but I don't pay attention to them.0

I just left it how MFP had it when I joined, calories, fat, protein, carbs, and fiber. I honestly only watch the calories though. I mean, I try to stay under the carbs it allows me and I almost always do because it gives a lot of carbs!0

Well, I guess this one proves I am not computer savvy -- I did not know we had all those options!:laugh:0

Just recently switched to JUST protein/carbs/fat. At various times I have kept an eye on sodium, sugar, and fiber, but thought I would just go back to basics for a while. Edit: and overall calories too of course.0

cals, fat, sat fat, fibre and cholesterol i think (not that I ever pay attention to it)
and I never have a prob going anywhere near my sodium allowance because I dont eat a lot of processed foods0 -

Aside from calories, carbs, protein, fat:
I watch sodium (to keep the bloating down) and sugar (the less sugar I eat, the easier I lose weight)
Too much sodium and sugar also tell me that I'm not eating clean enough.0 -

I, too, didn't realize you could change these settings, but I really only look at calories and occassionally glance at the others. Maybe I should start paying more attention to all of them!0

Calories, Carbs, Fat, Protein, Sodium, and Fiber. I watch the sodium (and have it set to 1500mg) due to high blood pressure. The fiber because I eat few grains (gluten-resistant).0
