hi there
i joined a fitness challenge 2 weeks ago which turned out to be Herbalife. I need to eat 100g of protein a day which some people tell me that it is too much - but in the first week lost 1.7kg and have my second weigh in tomorrow. I have just used this website to wprk out all my recipes - calories and protein count and found it fantastic. Thank you
