    Question about HIIT... I've been doing something similiar for about 3 weeks now... twice a week...but i've been doing 1 min intervals like 1 min slow 1 min fast and so on...is that as productive as doing 20 sec and 10 secs intervasl?

    It's close, the 20/10 is tabata protocol, which is supposed to REALLY be good (dunno, I haven't tried it yet, but I am going to on friday so I'll let you know).
