Hello everyone,

I am new to the boards and would love to join a challenge group to help motivate me to get started. I want to lose 18 lbs and make exercising a part of my life. Would love to hear tips and suggestions on how some of you got started and stuck with it. I really like yoga and the 30 day shred DVD . I plan to start doing the dvd again.
