I suggest reading Wheat Belly. Fantastic book, and there are a lot of people with intolerances that didn't know they had them.

My mother had arthritis in her legs so bad that she couldn't get out of bed in the mornings without having two Tylenol. She cut all grains out two months ago, and around 10 days after she cut them out, she hasn't had to take Tylenol since. She can now walk for hours without having to rest. She wishes that someone had suggested that to her years ago so she could have enjoyed her previous holidays and vacations.

My niece's 4 year old son would cause distruptions pretty much anywhere he went, and now that they're not eating grains (after giving her my copy of Wheat Belly), he's focused and can sit still for hours on end and actually listens to people. Wish my other nephews would follow suit.

I used to bump into things. A LOT. I'd trip on uneven concrete, I'd hit the side of our counter as I'd walk by, and would have unexplained bruises constantly. Since I gave up wheat 3 months ago, I don't anymore. I don't stumble when I walk, I can run on a treadmill without slipping up and I don't find bruises when I'm having my shower.

But you should try for yourself.
