Nike Training App??

Heyy was just wondering if anyones tried the nike training app and had good results from it? I done some cardio before attempting the ab blast today (so painful! but the good sort haha!) i was wondering how regularly should you use the get focused workouts? once or twice a week? and also about how many calories do they burn.. (it's only 15mins but it seemed fairly intense and hard with the medicine ball!) just wanted to know so i could add it to my diary!
