I just realized I started a diet before New Years!! So to all those like me who have added weight loss to your New Years resolution list...1) If you have started already and lost you have succeeded at last years goal because technically you are loosing weight and 2) This years goal could be to loose MORE weight....Well it made me feel better anyway. Have a healthy day!

Since I'm currently in maintenance - my "resolution" will be to maintain my weight. To work towards new fitness goals and to try and see if I can make progress in healing my back issues (well, the ones that can be healed...)0

That's a GREAT goal! Hopefully next year mine will be maintenance for the upcoming year.0

I'm hoping to overcome my health issues enough to reach the fitness goals I've set for myself. I DID hit one of those goals yesterday - ten push ups without stopping.0 -
Think of how far ahead you will be once New Year's Day comes. Good Job!!0
