    96g peanut butter
    32g honey
    1 scoop protein powder
    64g raw oats
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into small 1" balls. Place in the fridge for a few hours and then enjoy.

Thanks so much for that. I'm going to try this......just love peanut butter, yum!

Ditto... I'm in the US but I'd much rather weigh peanut butter and honey than try to measure them out in cups.

Is all that honey necessay to hold it together or is it just for flavor?

I make a similar recipe all the time for my kids....they love them in their lunch box.

    My recipe is:

1 c. oatmeal (put in blender until it resembles a coarse flour)
1 c. nonfat dry milk powder
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. peanut butter.

Mix all ingredients together and form into balls. I use my smallest Pampered Chef scoop and get approx. 25 balls per recipe and the calories work out to 76 per ball. I refrigerate them after making them and they keep very well.

    Protein Peanut Butter Balls

1 cup of creamy natural PB

    1 cup vanilla protein powder

    Splenda, to taste

    1 cup Rice Krispies cereal

    Optional toppings:

    Finely chopped nuts

    Unsweetened Coconut

    Cocoa powder with Splenda

Cream the peanut butter, protein powder and Splenda together until thoroughly mixed. Fold in 1 cup of rice Krispies cereal. Roll the PB - Cereal mixture into 1 inch balls.

Roll the balls in either nuts, unsweetened coconut shreds or amixture of cocoa powder mixed with splenda to make them into truffles.

Each ball has an estimated 10g of protein. I store them in the fridge for a nice treat and they last up to 2 weeks in the fridge. Enjoy!
