restructering my diet?

I've lost 7 lbs. to date since starting my diet 4 weeks ago. I'm extremely happy with that, but I was just wondering at what point I need to restructer my diet. I'm sure as the weight come off, I'll need to adjust my calorie/fat intake to allow me to continue to loose weight, right? Hope that makes since. TIA!

  • I find you necessarily do not need to restructure your diet, but your exercising routine sometimes. When you hit a plateau, and cannot lose any more try a little bit of both, try some new strength exercises, and change it up a bit.
