My Arms are HUGE!

Hello everyone!
I started my journey in February 2010 and so far I have lost 72 lbs. The thing is that I am 5'9 and now I weigh 160. i Need to get down to 120/130. Something near that. Now My problem is that although my stomach an waist is getting insanely small, my arms don't seem to get down. I have seen pictures of people who had lost weight and i do see that the arms are so nice and toned. How can i achieve this>?
I go to the gym 5/week and spend an 1HR On the treadmill and 30 mins doing strength exercises... Help? Thanks

I have the SAME problem and it's sooooooo annoying!! I'll definitely be checking back to see what people have for advice!0

Do strength training exercises that isolate the arm muscles.0

weight lifting, wt lifting and more weight lifting....and a little bit of time...0

Couple things....
One, as you build muscle if you have any layers of fat in that area, that spot will appear bigger. Happens when I work my abs and I am also heavy. So be a little prepared for that. BUT, it will work out if you stick to it.
Next, train your arms twice a week (Mon / Thurs or something like that). Make sure you are doing enough work, and really stressing the muscle. (if you need help with a plan, give me a shout). People tend to either do too much, or not enough work.0 -
I really dont know how to get down there with these huge arms!!! i hope someone gives us the key0

If your arms are your problem area, they will be the last place where you lose the fat. I agree with the previous poster that said weight lifting, weight lifting and more weight lifting. Don't be afraid to go heavy on the weights - you won't bulk up. If you can get through 3 sets of 15 easily your weights are not high enough. You should be unable to finish the last set or just barely able to finish.0

THANK YOU! Will do0
